Baked Chocolate Pudding Parfait

Enjoy this Baked Chocolate Pudding Parfait, which is very rich. A delicious treat is made with layers of rich chocolate pudding, smooth whipped cream, and chocolate shavings. Adding fresh berries gives it a burst of freshness that balances out the sweetness.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
• Fresh berries for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Grease each ramekin separately

Melt the chocolate chips and butter in a bowl that can go in the microwave

Mix until its smooth

Add the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract to a different bowl and mix them together using a whisk

Mix the chocolate mixture in well after adding it

The flour and salt should be just barely mixed in

Fill the ramekins with the batter

When the edges are set but the middle is still a little gooey, its ready to be baked

Do not eat the puddings yet

Put chocolate pudding that has been broken up, whipped cream, and chocolate shavings in serving glasses

Place more layers on top, and finish with a dollop of whipped cream and some chocolate shavings

Put the dessert in the fridge for at least an hour before serving and top it with fresh berries
