Ingredients:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Fresh berries for topping
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter
Press into the bottom of two serving glasses
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined
