- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
There is gluten-free soy sauce, cornstarch, and chicken broth in a small bowl
Mix them together well
Put away
In a big pan or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat
Put in the minced garlic and ginger
Saut for one to two minutes, until the smell is nice
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the pan
Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes, until they are browned and cooked all the way through
Take the cooked chicken out of the pan and set it aside
Put broccoli florets and sesame oil in the same pan
For 3 to 4 minutes, stir-fry until soft but still crisp
Put the cooked chicken back in the pan and add the broccoli
Then, pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken and broccoli
Mix everything together well and cover it all evenly
Keep cooking for another two to three minutes, or until the sauce gets thicker and everything is hot all the way through
If you want, you can add sliced green onions and sesame seeds as a garnish
Enjoy while hot
