Ingredients:
- 1 pound chicken tenders
- 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C
Gluten-free breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Combine well
Let any extra egg drip off as you dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs
Cover each chicken tender with the breadcrumb mixture and press it onto the chicken to make it stick
Spread the chicken tenders out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and lightly sprayed with cooking spray
Add a little more cooking spray to the chicken tenders tops to help them get crispy in the oven
Place the chicken tenders in an oven that has already been heated up
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked, with an internal temperature of 165F 74C
Warm it up and dip it in your favorite gluten-free sauce
