Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Use a blender to blend the oats until they become fine flour
Mix the oat flour, almond milk, maple syrup, applesauce, vanilla extract, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a large bowl
Mix until its smooth
Add the blueberries slowly to the batter
Fill up each muffin cup about two thirds of the way to the top with batter
Put it in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean
Let muffins cool down before you serve them
