Spicy Reuben Sandwiches are a spicy take on the traditional Reuben. They have spicy mustard sauce, thinly sliced pastrami, tangy sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.
Ingredients:
- 8 slices rye bread
- 1 lb thinly sliced pastrami
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions:
Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat
In a small bowl, mix together the spicy brown mustard, mayonnaise, and hot sauce
Spread the mustard mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread
Layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese on four slices of bread
